Plugin Help GAListener issue-I believe it is easy to fix but i don't know how...

Hello I have set up Votifier and GAListener and everything works normally except when players vote and are not in the server... In that case they get only they money reward and not the items reward (they lose it). Please help me! D:

PS: I used to have onlineonly set to true - I changed it to false to see if my issue would be fixed.
