· /mt minecart spawns a minecart
· /mt boost boost your cart

Does the minecart telling go to the user or console. If its a user, can you make it so it only goes to users with a certain perm?

 

It goes both to the users and console. It broadcasts it to everyone at the moment. I could add a option for that.

 

hmm... drivers ed for mc? Need a permit, then they get upgraded to a license, which can be revoked by an op?

how about a way to control the minecarts with the wasd (well w and s) for forward and back with a config to change the the speed increase and decrease

It would need rails to start it. Very buggy without it. I have tried it before.
