  2. I'm not sure, but I would put it with the stock duplication bug.
    I've had the same issue as you, however if I would restart the server then I would get several pages, as expected.

    Kay bug still there. Is it right that the list says: Selling 100 Gil for 1 Wooden Axe? I think it should be Selling 1 Wooden Axe for 100 Gil.

  5. Forgive me for my not re-reading 99 pages of this, I just have to ask. What is the behavior for saving trader data to traders file? I've tried several methods and the file stays empty. Also, is it a known but where vendors disappear after some time?

    Yknow what I'd love more then anything on this plugin. A /follow command, to get an npc to follow you round :p That way when noones online you could still have some company.

    Is it possible to make an NPC that would not bellong to anyone but to the server, like a seller/buyer NPC, at which players could sell their items and buy items?

    Still I'd like to know if there's a way to disable the random output of texts. Sorry for quoting myself but I thought you probably didn't see my post.
    My only 2 complains are that I would like to have a feature to disable random output and the way to interact with a NPC becomes a little annoying if you setup a trader NPC who should tell 1 or 2 sentences. One easy way would be the talkwhenclose option but it seems to be a little buggy. A NPC only say something once and then never again. On the other side it probably would cause lag issues on a server?

    Regardless,Adding some nodes to your groups won't take as long as you think it will.When Bukkit get's it's own Permissions based system,you'll have to switch anyways.I recommend doing it now,not just for Citizens,but for other plugins.

    @r0ughneck - talkwhenclose is fixed in the next version.
  13. Permissions are very easy to use. I can't see any reason for not using them.

    Looks like an error caused by iConomy. Please wait till the next version where Nijikokun's API is updated (hopefully fixing the problem).

    My bad, i didn't start the iConomy database server before the Minecraft server.
    That was the problem :D

  20. You'r plugin is causing some serious lag on my server.
    I am using 12 basic npc's since bukkit 600+ and it worked fine on 600+.
    Since 700+ i am experiencing tremendous lag.
    There is no error output or something.
    Newest bukkit version.
    My other plugins:
    CraftBook - Mechanisms and Vehicles

    Any reports of citizens colliding with one of these other plugins?

    You mean when talkwhenclose set to true?
    It's fixed in the next update fullwall said.

    Strange... I have about 10 around me in a 2 block radius all set to auto talk when close and it doesnt lag, did u get the performance tweak? it helps alot. Plus citizens is boss, but my npcs dont always look at me, its sorta bugged on the looking part. Plus i hate how this ties in with AuthMe, and mmorpg plugins for cannot pass enitiy dmg.

    I'm thinking the lag might be because of disk access, so if anyone could get me statistics that would be great. There will be some settings to finetune saving in the next release.

    When i try to spawn an NPC it says that i dont have the permissions to do this? Help?

    Well.. this could be a cause I guess. Im running a real server machine (Im mentioning this because I know a few people running a usual PC as a server) with scsi raid: 3 hdd each with 15000 rpm and it doesn't seem to lag at all with 10 test NPCs..
    But I could try to do some statistics about disk access if it helps.

    Why are all my NPC's mute? (I set them to talk when close and gave some text to them)

    Add 12 NPCs, wait 1 day and experience some serious lag in that area. ;)

  30. FYI I'm running bukkit off ramdrive and I'm not getting any lag.

    I did have a look around, but I couldn't see any answers. Is there anyway to set up a trader to buy/sell different coloured wool, dyes and different kinds of logs? I've tried the name, the id and nothing seems to work when it comes to this.
