Plugin category: Chat Suggested name:IShout A bit about me: I'm a server owner with allot of slots open so people can join. But when there is a ton of people on the chat gets spammed. So i would like a plugin that can be configured that so there is a normal chat and there is a global/shout that everyone can see. In the normal chat is a radius chat so only within maybe 20 blocks people can see your msg. The shout has a limit maybe 15 sec per msg in shout [can be configured in the config of the plugin] The plugin also needs to support prefix and sufix same as the normal herochat ichat Also need it is a mute commands Multiworld support would be nice Group setting: Citizens: Shout: 15 [so the shout of a norml citizen is 15 sec] VIp-1 shout:10 [ for donators maybe can be by the owner] etc Staff member can get all the msges from a world maybe with a permission? Ideas for commands: ! or /! idk if you always need the / infront of the command. /!
