   Can someone make me a simple bukkit plugin for 1.5.2 that sets the world to snow. I've tried essentials and world guard/edit but with my other plugins they don't seem to have settings for just snow. Anyone make one?

   hiddendet3ction You need to change the biome of the world, you could use worldedit for this, then make it always rain with worldguard
