Food/Hunger Customisation

Minecraft version: 1.15

What I want: A plugin that either lets you lower the treshold for health to regenerate from hunger to something like 60% instead of the default 90% and/or a plugin that would let me adjust the hunger/saturation values gained from certain foods.

I apologise if these already exist, I've been searching all kinds of keywords and couldn't find what I wanted for the latest release of the game. Something like Hunger Overhaul but for 1.15 would be great. Though for the sake of not causing issues with other plugins I'd prefer if it was focused on hunger/saturation values and the regeneration treshold.
