Fly not work

I use the latest version dev of Craftbukkit and the fly not work :/

 

Could you be more specific please? What method of flying are you using?

what does command say.
what did you tried to solve it.
exact bukkit version.

The normal /fly
I fly 1-2 seconds and fall

no such thing as "normal /fly". it requires a plugin.
