Fix health regeneration.

    Suggested name: Better Health System

    What I want: I'd like a plugin that stops health regeneration when a player is taking damage and then after 4 seconds of not taking damage they will start healing.

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed.

    Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed.

    When I'd like it by: Whenever you can finish it.

    @beastykilla117 Do you want them to regen at an accelerated rate or just standard?

    I already have a plugin for that but the problem is that if I config it to the rate I want, players will regen faster than they lose health so that's why I need this plugin.

    @beastykilla117 If another plugin is controlling health regeneration, it isn't possible to interfere.

    Then make it so that players regenerate 10 hp per second

    @beastykilla117 Will the players at any point be having extra health? Not absorption, full health boost.

    EDIT: Nvm, doesn't matter. BetterRegen.jar
    Note: Please turn off the NaturalRegeneration gamerule in your worlds.

    Yes I want them to have 40 hp total
