Fire Wand

Suggested name: FireWand

What I want: A blaze rod that shoots a fireball dealing 0.5 when left clicked and sets animals/mobs (not other players) on fire when right clicked. If possible, setting mobs on fire from a distance would be better.

Name of Item: Fire_Wand
Lore 1st line: Left click to shoot fireballs
lore 2nd line: Right click to set mobs on fire

Ideas for commands: /firewand give [player] = Gives [player] a FireWand - console/OP command

Ideas for permissions: Default to console/op

The only permission there is "firewand.give", OP's should have access to that anyway. Let me if there's any problems using this with other plugins, I can't imagine there would be though.
