[Fatal] Failed To Start Minecraft Server

The other day I was on my server. It worked fine. My friend wanted to join a couple days after, So I gave him the IP. I got this in my CMD:

What Does This Mean?
Can It Be Fixed?
It Broke My Server!

 

Try deleting usercache.json
