This server is running CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-1543 (MC: 1.7.9) (Implementing API version 1.7.9-R0.3-SNAPSHOT)

1. You are using Spigot, maybe that's why it doesn't work
2. Spigot is not supported here (as far as I know), so this thread will get locked

Locked. Unofficial builds are not supported here as they vary too much from the best software for running a Minecraft server - CraftBukkit.
