Factions wont install on server?

Hey guys, at one point yesturday or so i had factions working and everything. The thing is, i come across some errors that lead me to deleting factions, and some other plugins. The problem is now, when i drop the Factions.jar into my plugins folder, and start my server/reload, nothing happens. The server and all the plugins reload but the server does not actually install Factions, it sits there without creating a new folder. I don't get any errors or anything, it simply does not install it. (And yes, it is the .jar file, i have made the mistake before)

How can i fix this?

Plugins(11): GroupManager, WoldEdit, NoCheatPlus, mcMMO, WorldGuard, Essentials, EssentialsChat, EssentialsProtect, EssentialsSpawn, EssentialsAntiBuild, EnjinMinecraftPlugin

 

Pretty sure you need to also have MassiveCore installed for Factions to load.
