Factions NameTags/Tablist

Suggested name: Factions NameTag/ Factions Tablist

What I want:

I would like to have a plugin where once someone hits [TAB] their factions would show up in their name OR if someone is walking by you see '[Faction] Player'. If possible, add colours like enemy, neutral, ally. &4, &f, &a, etc...

Ideas for commands: No Commands.

Ideas for permissions: No Permssions

When I'd like it by: As soon as it can be made!
