Problem/Bug Factions Issue, *HELP*

    Hello, I am looking to get factions on my server. I went to the bukkit page, and followed every step to the installation process, After, I started my server. and typed /plugins I noticed I had Massive-Core and Factions, so i tried /f and nothing popped up except "Unknown Command...." Anyone know how to fix this?
