Factions Challenges

Suggested name: FactionsChallenges

What I want:
Typing /challenges will open a GUI allowing you to select between two options (everything in this first GUI should be changeable from the inventory size, name, slots, item lores, item names, items, placeholders etc.) which are Daily Challenges & Factions Challenges.
Clicking on the Daily Challenges would be showing you quests you can configure on PlaceholderAPI.
Faction Challenges would be using the fork of LegacyFactions (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/legacyfactions.40122/). What faction challenges would be are reaching like 20 allied factions, 20 truced factions, 20 enemies factions, creating your first faction, reach the faction top list.. etc. more detail to be added.
in the daily challenges it would be like: get your first spawner, reach 20 kills, kill 50 mobs.. etc more detail to be added eventually.
A configuration file allowing you to edit the sounds, messages, placeholder items, inventory names, inventory sizes (9, 18, 27, 36, 48, 54..) & item names/lores/items in the GUI.

Ideas for commands:
/challenges - open the main GUI to the GUI.

Ideas for permissions:
challenges.use - open the GUI.
challenges.double - earn double the earnings for completing the challenges.

When I'd like it by: Whenever possible.
