Evolving World Plugin (Like Fortnite)

Hi, I'm wondering if there are any plugins around that dynamically evolves your world and changes the landscape etc over time - similarly to how Fortnite's map has developed over time.

Online servers are often met with the decision to wipe the server and start again or continue running the already developed world that can sometimes because crowded or overbuilt. I'm looking for a plugin that helps with this issue and over time starts changing the world either with events (meteorites for example) or just on its own. Is there anything out there like this?
