Event Listener BlockBreakEvent works randomly?

    I cannot manage the event BlockBreakEvent for leaves correctly, and when I try to break a leave using an axe, the block (leaves) gets bugged and I cannot walk in that block , but if I use another tool then I don't get any problems. Also if I right click the leaves of the tree I regenerate the leaves.

    I'm using bukkit (SpoutCraft) for 1.6, any help?

    EDIT: I'm actually not using any event that involves leaves, so I think it's a problem of SpoutCraft itself or bukkit un 1.6.X maybe?
