Plugin Help Essentials_ & Pex permission problems...

New members needs to be manually added to Member group, and they can't use the commands i have setup for Member group. It just says 'Essentials : You do not have permission to do this'
Also, how do i get rid of the 'Essentials :' wich comes up all the time?

This is what wont work.. They can use spawn and home, but not sethome or delhome. and i only want them to be able to have 1 home.

Edit: also '/rg f spawn creeper-explosion deny' wont work, creepers still blow up stuff in spawn.. Why?
