Essentials Warps

I've been working on an OP Prison server and my warps don't seem to work right. I have per permissions warps and i typed all 3 permissions in the Pex file, but they still don't work. People have to re-log for any of their warps to work after they rank up to the next rank. Any suggestion?

I noticed that you were giving ranks inheritance from A, and the rank before them. Is there a reason for doing this? If not I would get rid of it. I didn't notice anything else wrong with it besides a few minor repeat nodes.
