Plugin Help Essentials not working

    Some quick context:
    I'm running Bukkit/Spigot 1.8.

    Everytime I run my server with Essentials, this error occurs, and most but not all commands (I'm assuming the ones Essentials has connections with) run but do nothing and return nothing. Example: Type in /gmc, gamemode doesn't change. No return in the chat box, the terminal doesn't show an error.

    I used this version on a clean server, but still always get this error.

    Why does it say vTeamCity after essentials? Is it a plugin?

    Btw, I don't think essentials 1.7 works on 1.8 servers without protocol hack. There is a 1.8 build somewhere though.
