Question [Essentials Kits] One Kit Per Life?

Hello Bukkit Community,
Today I am coming with a question for a server I own. I use essentials kits for my kitpvp kits. Right now, I have a delay for the kits in place, but I would like there to be no delay on a kit, but only have a player select one kit per life. Once they die, they can choose another kit, so on and so forth.
