Problem/Bug Essentials Group Manager

(Im not really sure if this is where im supposed to post this or not, im new to the whole server and plugin creating)

So I created a paper server today and everything was going good. My working plugins include Essentials and GriefPrevention. I decided to add in Essentials GroupManager to make groups and ranks but every time I try to run one of its commands it says "Unexpected exception while parsing console command "manuadd connxrwyd Owner" and says the plugin is disabled. When I check my current plugins it says that they are all running except for the GroupManage. Does anyone know how to fix this or enable the individual plugin? Im new here so sorry if this is a stupid question! Thanks!.
