Essentials + Factions Not Working

Hey everyone ive seen posts like this but none have my issue, my Factions config.json spawns weirdly

Should we insert faction chat tags

Thats all that generates and ive seen posts that say put {FACTION} in essentials chat or [FACTION] and none of those work ive also see the one that says like {factions_recolor} and {factions_tag} etc and none work, im tired of doing this why cant factions support ChatManager, and im using PEX, Essentials code

The format for Faction tags and such while using EssentialsChat is this:

considering you dont have a proper factions config, try delete it and let it regenerate, if still fails, paste startup log.
