Essentials (config.yml kit help)

Can anyone try to tell me why this wont work

They cant be spaced correctly on this website.But when i update the config.yml file and restart my server.The default kits show up(kit tools notch firework etc.)

Icecraftowner There doesn't appear to be a delay number for your coal kit.
