Plugin Help Essentials Chat Isn't working

Hey!
Okay so I removed # in front of format but it still didnt work?

And I removed the "< >" in "<[Owner]Xradious>".
Why is the chat Red when I set it to White in the Permissions prefixes. I think it's because of /nick how do I fix that?
Also &k &m &n &l isn't working why?
