Problem/Bug Essentials Chat and Factions Help PLS

Hey Guys,

I have a server and that server have essentials chat and factions plugin that plugins works well but I have a problem with chat color my essentials chat group-formats like this

Default: '{DISPLAYNAME}&6&l>>&7 {MESSAGE}'
Vip: '{DISPLAYNAME}&6&l>>&f {MESSAGE}'
Admin: '{DISPLAYNAME}&6&l>>&f {MESSAGE}'

normally when defaults type something in chat their color have to be &7 and when admins &f

BUT with Factions Plugins that doesnt work with Factions Plugin Everyone Types with &f color

How Can I fix This Can Someone Help Me about that?
