Essentials 2.3 HomeEssentials Help

How can I set the Plugin up that the HomeBed is like in the "Normal" Server game without the Essentials Plugin. This is the Config File in the Essentials order:

So I want that to switch off or to block the Funktion only of the essentials Home Plugin.
