Its just vanilla bukkit with no plugins

You either have Vanilla or Bukkit, so which one is it? If you have Bukkit, which version?
Also post what happens before the error, the thing you posted can mean anything.

i just read your message wrong i was sure you mean you have normal minecraft server and not bukkit

since you have bukkit just that you dont use plugins problem should be solved on this forum

now if you can run your server and paste full log from the start of serve to the error here
