Problem/Bug Error:you don't have access to this kit

Hey,I was configuring the kits of a server when I found an error.
The error is the following ,when i put a sign with a kit and i try to take it,it appears me the following error.
"Error:you don't have access to this kit"
Someone could help me pls

Now this error doesn't appear,but lowes rank ,in this case default cannot take the kit
Someone know why?
