Problem/Bug Enderpearls causing crash

Hi. I am using Multiverse and one of my KitPvP kits includes an Enderpearl. Sometimes when I throw the Enderpearl into a portal it causes the whole server to crash. More frequently when I throw a pearl into a wall or something it crashes my game and gives me an out of bounds error or something (can't get full report at the moment). Does anyone know how to fix this?
