EnderDragon encounter plugin?

Hi, i'm making an RPG server and I wanted it to have some elements of Skyrim, one of the things i want is a plugin that can:
1. Spawn random dragons near players
2. Be able to set fixed dragon locations

If this can be done just do PartyPoison98

Two; Try to google it atleast or show evidence that you tried, or at-least vaguely tried.

 

Dragons will completely destroy the whole area, so if one spawns at spawn... Well, your screwed

 

He probably has a plugin to disable that, or if he doesn't, he is really screwed .

 

Or it would obviously be built into the plugin O_O? Guess you didn't think about that!

 

Not sure whether sarcastic, or just confused. I did think of that, but, trying to look at it from the OP's perspective, it might be better tactics to post a simpler request and use an existing plugin to fill in the gaps.

 

Whoever makes this plugin should include it... it is like 10 lines of code to put the listener in there and cancel the event.
