End Reset w/ Holographic Displays Integration

What I want: I'm looking for a simple End dimension reset plugin that has a configurable amount of time before it automatically resets. Plugin must be player safe, as in it'll send all players to spawn before the world resets. I'm looking for integration with Holographic Displays plugin to create a count down timer with a holographic display about 2 blocks about the center on an end portal. Im running a server that has a public end dimension with PvP enabled and block breaking enabled so I definitely need it reset every so often. Id like everything to be customizable including the time it takes, and exactly how the multi lined hologram would look like.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin as it'll be mostly ran through configuration files. But for ideas:
/endreset settimer (world) (time) - The time would be in whatever time set you want, like seconds, minutes, hours, or days.
/endreset reset (world)
/endreset sethologram - This would place the customizable hologram at the players feet.

Ideas for permissions: Not Applicable

When I'd like it by: No time limit

 

I can probably have this finished in a day or two.
