   I use world gaurd and factions, and I claimed my spawn both with Safezone and with world guard. I enabled the use, interact, and chest-access flags, and I also allowed containers to be used within SafeZone, but WorldGaurd isn't letting me use my enchanting table when I'm not opped. I need world gaurd to disable mob spawning, so I won't get rid of it. Thanks for the help!

   Try setting spawn-protection in your server.properties to 0.
