Emerald w/Percents Drop

Seeking a up to date preffered plugin that can be comparable to 1.8 for which mobs drop Emeralds as a currency and a chance for drop is enabled. Have tried several different plugins on here so far with no luck.

Have tried over 6 + different plugins for this and some have either erased my eco on the server or have locked my UI for items and more different errors.
