   hey guys.
   
   is there a way to eat uneatable items like wheat ?
   or can i make items eatable?
   
   i made a new craftingrecipe for a item, and i want a potioneffects when they eat it.
   
   or is there a way to change just the displaypicture, but not the effects on it?
   
   like craft a new appletype, and give them a wheat displaypicture?

   I don't think it's possible to make the player legitimately eat an uneatable item, but you could take the item, player the sound and animation, then increase the player's food amount.
