Solved Easiest/Best chat color mod?

I run Essentials and PermissionsBukkit. I wanted to make it so you can see like [Owner] Nuke: Hi everyone When I talk. With the color and the tag. I read about a few but I don't know the easiest or best with my setup with Essentials and PermissionsBukkit so I decided to come here and and ask.

Also, just curious but does anyone know how to make it so sign letting doesn't get erases? I wanted the OP players to be the only ones to break signs. Just incase someone breaks it by accident and we don't remember what is said. I thought there was a way to do it in Essentials but I didn't understand how to activate it.

 

I think you might be looking for nChat, try that, very configurable, and easy to use.
