Plugin Help Display heads in menu and do commands when clicking them

I am currently trying to create a faction server but first I have to get all the plugins ready. I am using simple GUI creator to make and admin panel but I have one problem. I want to make it so I can see all the players online through player heads in a menu and when I click a player head it does a certain command such as tp.
