disable item drop on death or Q tapping by permission

i really hope someone can make a plugin that disables someone with the permission or a group from dropping ANY item either by tapping Q or upon death.As why,i want to put this in my donor's group so that they stop giving away stuffs to others.

Additional: Its really great if u can include a permission which when i apply it to a group,players from the group CANT PLACE ITEMS IN CHEST.

THIS IS FOR THE DEV.
It looks like you just have to add a check for if the inventory is empty. once that is there it should work fine =P this is just to save you the trouble of looking through the error

The error should be fixed in v0.2.0 - could you confirm?

 

There has been a plugin out that does this for awhile now. It has 0 errors in it if you don't want to deal with a new plugin.
