   I was wondering if i could direct a command to all players? ex. /give (all players on server) command_block.
   I'm just trying to get some permissions to work that only work in OP.

   For base minecraft commands, use @a to get all players. If it is a command from a plugin, there is no way to apply it to all players. You would need to go through each player individually if it is a plugin command.
