Digging For Plugin Types

I'm in unfamiliar territory and I'm having some trouble finding specific plugins.

So I figured I'd see if any of you are already using similar things and you can help me weed out the plugins that I seek.

We got a class system, so each class will have specific abilities that others won't. Fighters is where we are stuck, looking for combat modifiers/additions but it seems to be fairly sparse pickings. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated since I can't seem to find anything beyond mcMMO abilities & Poison Swords
