Hi, I am wondering if essentials or any plugin really will set the default spawn in a separate world from the main one. Basically you spawn in a different world when you 1st join the server. I know one way where i set the spawn on the mainland in a bedrock encased room leaving a button (World portal) to force them to go to spawn spot, but i prefer not to do it this way if i don't need to. I also do not want to set it up as the other world as the mainland since everything will be played in the mainland while the different world will be a mini tutorial. Anyone knows?
You could set the default world as the tutorial one, then have a portal at the end that goes to the main one. Once the person goes into the portal, whenever they type /spawn it will take them to the spawn of the main world.
yea but the problem is everything i do a reload it would be secondary and quite annoying, so i did it the force them into a world portal situation lol. But I would like a plugin to spawn them there without world portal
i don't quite get what you're saying there. Once the person goes through the portal on the tutorial world, they will always spawn on the mainworld whenever they type /spawn
well my players don't get the spawn command so it works. Also for some reason /setspawn is a different spawn from /spawn so i might have two different plugins working at the same time lol. When you reload the server... it will always load the tutorial world which doesn't necessary need to be open since it is only for newcomers to learn the rules. I prefer to avoid using more CPU if it not necessary.
