   I have seen older tools that can be used to do this. But I suggest that it will be better with one working on a newer version.
   I want a plugin that can delete chunks without player placed blocks. That might not be possible. If not then I would like to see a tool that can filter out the chunks with certain blocks. And delete the ones without those blocks. This way so the region file can be smaller.
