Dear Devs - Its my Birthday

If I had one wish for my birthday, I wish for built in permissions.

I'm old, just turned 30 today. Since I am on the verge of kicking the bukkit due to old age (pardon the lame pun), I may not live very long. Would be nice to see built in permissions before I die.
