    Plugin category: Fun

    Suggested name: Custom music

What I want: A way to write custom music (in a text file or something like that) and then be able to play it ingame. It would be very useful to add to a spawn since big noteblock songs cause quite a bit of lag and you have to move along the repeater lines. It'd be nice to just write some tones into a text file (or maybee just a .mid) and play it in the world without major lag. It would be even cooler to make a flag for WorldGuard regions to loop the song.
    Ideas for commands: /play <file> [x] [y] [z] (Play the

Ideas for permissions: custommusic.play (use /play), custommusic.hear (hear the music (not really needed cuz everyone wants music right?))

When I'd like it by: No specific time, but when/if someone makes this I'd love them forever!

CraftBook can play midi files, and currently has the most accurate parser that I have seen, supporting velocities and all instruments that are possible (more than note blocks)
