Custom map generation suggestions (and other questions)

    I'm looking into changing my minecraft server to a Fallout themed one. I was wondering what is the best way to custom generate a map for bukkit.

    Things I would want to do -

    Trees hardly have leaves (if any)

    Lower the amount of flowers/tall grass that spawns.

    Other things I want to do -

    Lower the spawn chance tables for all mobs and animals.

    Add weapons and grenades without using Spout (If possible) - (This seems to be the only one I could find - http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/fu...-cannons-grenades-and-guns-galore-1317.20502/ )


    I've seen a few map generators out there, but I wasn't sure which one would best fit my needs.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
