Custom enchantments broken?

Hello all,
For my plugin BackPacks++ I use a custom enchantment to check if an item is a backpack, the system still works but the cool shiny glow is gone...Is there a way to fix it? (the wrapper is the same as the bukkit enchantmentwrapper with id: 69 )
I hope this can be fixed...Seems like mojang is doing everything to boycot anything that has something todo with modding.
