Question Creepers aren't doing block damage

So i am the owner of Endestria.com. Creepers in my server do not do player nor block damage and this is quite annoying since people raid with creeper eggs. I will have a list of all my plugins below.

Please some one respond. I have been looking for answers all over the place, looking through my files and yet have not found the solution to the problem.

 

Look into your protection plugins they might be protection players and land from taking damage.

 

I'm not sure which plugin is causing it, but follow the video below and it'll show you how to troubleshoot your plugins, allowing you to quickly and efficiently figure out which plugin is causing the problem. After you figure out which plugin is causing the problem, you can either deal with it yourself or let us know in this thread and we'll try our best to help!

Check any protection plugins are blocking this like loadjohnaitest said.

You have worldguard installed. Make sure you are not in a region that has the creeper-explosion and other-explosion flag set to deny.

The problem may not even be caused by a plugin. Check if the gamerule mobGriefing is set to true.
To do this, use the command /gamerule mobGriefing
If it is set to false, then use the command /gamerule mobGriefing true
