Creative Server essential plugin help

    Hello, I just got a server. It has a little limited RAM so I'm not sure what mods to run on it. I would like it to be a creative server (but know on can spawn stuff) So what are some good mods I can add onto it? I like RealShop (not that I don't like the others :p)

    Suggestions for some good mods, buying, protecting land? Maybe a mod where you can buy land by right clicking a sign etc?
