   Hello, First time permission user here. I have questions hoping to get some answer
   

   • just wondering what permissions.yml is on the same directory on where your world is. I know its a file generated when your start your server But is is operational?
   • If it is can someone post a sample format or a wiki that I can follow to make use of it.
   • Also, I have a general question regarding permissions. Permissions will block all the commands that are not in the permissions.yml config is that correct? So basically if you enter a nether portal and you dont have the permission node in your config file you will not be able to teleport to nether?
