craftbukkit cosmetic error reporting

I wanted to make a thread for people to report issues that were not related to any plugins or OS/java VM caused problems. Like minor gameplay issues.

I am seeing an issue where punching creatures like sheep does not cause them to move, however they take damage but do not drop wool. If they are shot with an arrow they get knocked back and drop wool. Seems like there is some issue with the way a player strikes a mob by hand and they are not getting an "impact" triggered. This happens with any hand held tool or without. If there is a better way to report these issues I would be happy to do that.
